In early 2021, I was invited to join the worship band at Parkview Church of Nazarene in Kettering, Ohio as a drummer. As a musician who had not previously played in this genre, I was eager to expand my skills and embrace new musical experiences.

During my time with the band, I have had the opportunity to perform a diverse range of worship music, including traditional hymns, contemporary worship music from artists like Hillsong, holiday songs, and Southern Gospel.

As part of this experience, I was introduced to playing along to an in-ear track system, which I have since become comfortable with. This has helped me to improve my timing and stay in sync with the rest of the band, enhancing the overall sound of our performances.
